I'm Nichii, and Im a UK-based cyber cute artist!I offer a variety of commissions for different needs, including personal artwork, Twitch emotes and badges, and even design for business logos and packaging. This includes a full-body chibi with a simple costumes and props. Additional fees may be added for complex design and props.

Terms and Conditions

The following applies to all types of commissions I currently accept. By proceeding with payment, you are agreeing that you have read these terms and conditions. All commissions are currently digital, though other options may be available if discussed.

Payment★ Full Payment must be sent before the commission is started.★ For larger commissions (£50 +) Payment plans can be set up for either 2 or 3 payments. However, the image will not be released until full payment has been made.★ Your slot within the waitlist will not be confirmed until payment is sent.★ The price includes one revision at each step. Additional revisions can be done but may include a fee.Flow of WorkThis explains the workflow for a full-color commission, this will change depending on the commission type.★Step 1: The Sketch. At this stage, you can request changes to the overall piece.★Step 2: Linework and Flat colors. You can request color changes, but no changes can be made to the original sketch.★Step 3: Final rendering and final image, changes cannot be made at this stage.Extra Fees★ Reference images are required. If you need me to work from a description, or vague image references, a 10% fee may be applied on top of the base price.Refunds★ Refunds are only available before work is started, or if I am unable to complete the work for any reason.★ If I have to cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.Deadlines
★ The artwork will aim to be finished and delivered within 2 months after payment. If there are any delays with the work, you will be notified promptly.★ If you have a specific deadline, let me know in advance and I can see if we can work with those conditions.What you Get★ A digital illustration sized correctly for your needs (For example, custom emotes will be provided in the correct sizes for uploading.) If a specific size file is needed, please let me know before starting the work.Disclaimers★ These commissions are for personal use or use on social media such as twitch, Instagram, etc. If you aim to use the work commercially or for distribution, please see the following paragraph on commercial use.★ I reserve the right to post artwork to my online galleries/portfolio. If you need me to post after a certain date (for example, the commission is a gift) Please notify me upon payment.★ I reserve the right to decline any commission without justification
I may ask for permission to sell prints; you have the right to decline this.★ You have the right to use the final image for personal use (I.E, print it for yourself, etc.)Commercial Use
★ Please declare if you intend to use the work for profit (i.e. merchandising), as this requires further negotiation regarding licensing and royalties. As a default option, the commercial rights for any commission may be transferred via a commercial fee of 300% of the original commission cost, in addition to the original cost
